Alex founded ProCervo to focus on active investing in unlisted companies. He is involved in strategic and financial questions as well as corporate governance. ProCervo helps start-ups and SMEs find investors and communicate effectively with them. 

 

Prior to launching ProCervo, Alex spent more than a decade as an activist investor in small/mid-sized European companies and as a business angel.

Alex gained his financial analysis and business advisory experience at Credit Suisse First Boston, PricewaterhouseCoopers and Swiss private bank UBP. 

​

Alex was a CFA Charterholder and holds an MBA from London Business School. He has spoken extensively about Angel Investing.
